Default NCSoft problem

Hi, I have a very strange problem. After I login to my NCSoft account I try to acquire the free storage pane and the website asks me to link my GW account to my NCSoft account. I did this a long time ago, when I first bought GW. The proof that is my old NCSoft account I checked when the account was made, it was made in Jun 17, 2005. meaning it is my old account. When I try to link to my GW account anyway it says that it's already connected to some other account. I don't believe that it's possible. But even if it does, what can I do now?

You can contact NC Soft Customer Service. Either by email which takes a while for them to respond to you or you can call them directly. If you call them they will ask you for your In Game sign in. Will ask a few question to you to verify that you are the owner of the acct. Once verified, they will give you your sign in information, and email you your password. For North America the phone number for Customer Service is: 1 - 512 - 498 - 4000. For other area's you will need to check the site out for them http://www.ncsoft.net/global/support/service.aspx . The NCsoft global customer service page for which the previous post gave the link, has itself a URL for the Taiwan Guild Wars support website (which I guess should include Hong Kong and Macau) that does not exist. Perhaps NCsoft forgot it was supposed to support those players when their game server was moved to Texas.

I'm having the exact same problem! I'm sure I haven't made a NCsoft account before, still it says that my GW is on another account.
